More progress in Mbanga

We bring salutations from the church of Christ Mbanga, from the staff of the BVBIC-MBANGA, and also from the provost and family. We want to thank the almighty God for giving us life today and to grant us this special moment to talk about the work of the church in Cameroon in general and to the francophones in particular. By his grace we shall overcome. We pray this report meets you in very good condition.

The congregation of Mbanga wants to say thank you for the work that the students are doing in this town. The students now present mature lessons and are able to answer questions from all directions.

The more time goes by, the more the boys are becoming men. They preach today with all authority. They have great lesson titles and a good mastery of homiletics. Dear God, we thank you for this work that is taking place in Cameroon and in Mbanga in particular. May the name of God be praised!

As we prepare for short courses, we also do not fail to nurture young assemblies and to check on the prospects we have made for some time now.

We had a very successful short course with both the men and the women. Brother Mesach Ndah did a great job talking about the “Holy Women of Faith,” while brother Ititi was the interpreter. On the other hand, brother Yemte Albert, the preacher with the Batouri assembly, did a marvelous job with the students as he exegesis of the book of James. It was great to have him in our mist as an old man in the field with lots of experience since he graduated from the school of preaching in Benin. He too was greatly happy to have worked with the Bear Valley school and sends appreciation to the coordinator. We should keep him in our prayers as he is just recovering from a back spring. On this same light, we were also blessed to have this visiting minister from the extreme north or far North region of Cameroon to teach in the school.

God added one soul into the church in Mbanga just as we planned for this semester’s internship. She came up out of the water smiling as the Lord adds to the church daily as they are saved. Thank you, Lord Jesus!  May your name be glorified!

May God give long life to the Bear Valley Bible Institute International.
